Opening this for the sake of code review; I'm not expecting to merge this for obvious reasons.

Changes:

  • swerve pose estimator now requires module positions (odometry now uses distance rather than velocity)
  • photonlib sim uses 3d geometry from wpimath

The robot tests should be passing.
